  • Monthly Membership Rules:

    ·      Membership fees begin 30 days after the membership is initiated and auto-renew monthly, on the same day of each month.

    ·      Members may begin utilizing their membership benefits after the first installment is auto-drafted from their selected payment method.

    ·      Memberships are required to fulfill a 90-day commitment (for a total of 3 consecutive payments).

    ·      After the 90-day commitment is fulfilled, the membership will become "month-to-month" until the member cancels.

    ·      Members are responsible for scheduling their own appointments each month. Please know that services must be booked according to your specific membership level. Service upgrades are not available.

    ·      Membership benefits do not carry over to the next month. Benefits must be used within the corresponding billing cycle as unused services do not accumulate.

    ·      For cancellation requests, a 10-day notice is required. Members must contact Crown Town Head Spa directly by phone or email after the contracted 3-payment commitment is fulfilled for cancellations to properly process.

  • Six-Week Membership Rules

    ·      Membership fees begin 6 weeks after the membership is initiated and auto-renew every six weeks.

    ·      Members may begin utilizing their membership benefits after the first installment is auto-drafted from their selected payment method.

    ·      Memberships are required to fulfill a 3-payment commitment over a time period of 18 weeks.

    ·      After the 3-payment commitment is fulfilled, the membership will continue to auto-renew every 6 weeks until the member cancels.

    ·      Members are responsible for scheduling their own appointments every 6 weeks. Please know that services must be booked according to your specific membership level. Service upgrades are not available.

    ·      Membership benefits do not carry over to the next month. Benefits must be used within the 6-week billing cycle as unused services do not accumulate.
